Digital and Physical Products
PRODUCT TYPE
Physical Products:
Antique coins, rare vintage items, and other collectibles.
Digital Products:
Design manually, Illustration designs, AI-based art, and other digital files.
Order Process
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Digital products will be sent via email or download link once payment is received.
Custom Orders
Depending on complexity, custom designs can be ordered with a production time of 3-14 days.
Full payment or a 50% deposit is require before work begins.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before payment is processed.
Digital products that have been sent cannot be canceled or refunded.

Physical Products: Must be fully paid before shipping. Digital Products & Custom Designs: Must be fully paid before the file is delivered.
Pre-Orders: A minimum 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
Refund Policy
Physical products can only be refunded if they are defective or not as described (not applicable to antique coins and
collectibles, as each item is unique). Digital products are non-refundable once
the file has been sent.
If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department with your billing questions.

Orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
We use trusted shipping services with both regular and express options. a tracking number will be provided after the package is shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.
Digital Product Delivery
Digital files will be sent via email or download link within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. If there are any issues with downloading, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the file.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service provider. If a package is lost or damaged, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company.
Return Product
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded after payment and we send them automatically by the system.
